A unique feature of this temple is the “temple within a temple” — a sort of secret shrine located directly above the main temple.

This small temple houses a Shivaling, enclosed from all sides with no ventilation, and has only a small opening for entry and exit.

The founder of this temple, Atmaram Buwa, used to meditate in front of this Shivaling for hours.

This temple is opened to the public only on Mondays of the month of Shravan
